Interview Preparation
This section highlights interview tips and tricks to help familiarize you with the Diamond recruiting process. Candidates typically go through two or three rounds of both case-based and behavioral interviews.
On campus, Diamond conducts an extensive recruiting program where each candidate will have several contacts within Diamond, including a dedicated recruiting professional and several consultants, all an active part of the recruiting team. This team begins the process by establishing relationships with you at various recruiting events on campus: campus presentations, club-sponsored recruiting events and career fairs (to see what events are at your campus, please click here).
For experienced professionals, Diamond conducts an equally extensive process designed to facilitate knowledge transfer about Diamond to each candidate that interviews with our firm (to see available positions, please click here).

How is the Formal Case different than the Situational Interview?
The formal case interview is an interview in which a candidate is given information on a hypothetical company in advance of the interview. The candidate is instructed to review this information and when he/she arrives for interviews, he/she is given a question that directly relates to the fictional company. The candidate is then given time to prepare handwritten slides that are to be presented to the interviewer on what he/she proposes this company should do in relation to the scenario presented to the candidate.
