Coaching & Mentoring

To address employee's needs for counseling, skill development, network expansion and professional mentoring, Diamond provides a variety of sources one of which is a Career Developer.

The primary support relationship for all employees is the Career Developer (CD). Assignments are based upon regions and competencies and are introduced during an employee's first week.

CDs are responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals with developing an overall career growth plan at Diamond
  • Aggregating performance reviews and recommending a rating for the annual review process
  • Delivering feedback through review summary
  • Communicating rating results and compensation information
  • Providing ongoing, long-term career guidance

In addition to the CD program, Diamond offers a comprehensive on-boarding and induction program and encourages employees to seek out mentors and address additional coaching needs on their project and through firm development activities as they progress in their career.
