Professional Development
Diamond is a virtual think tank, and has developed programs such as the Diamond Fellows and DiamondExchange that capture and disseminate intellectual capital from individuals both within and outside the company. These programs, in conjunction with our ability to constantly renew our intellectual capital, are what allow us to successfully guide our clients through extensive e-commerce initiatives.
Diamond offers you the flexibility needed to maximize your professional skills while staying focused on your personal interests and objectives, too. Diamond's career path is made up of six classifications: Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Principal, and Partner. As consultants progress through their career, they are expected to develop deep skills in a particular competency as they broaden their industry experience through client engagements.
An Engagement Review is completed by Project Managers who have managed, directed or observed a consultant's work on an engagement (project). Employees receive an Engagement Review at the completion of their assignment or at the midpoint for long term projects.
Each employee is also given a Semi-Annual Performance Review by his/her Career Developer. The purpose of this review is to discuss the employee's performance, goals and career development needs and opportunities. Promotions, salary increases and performance bonuses are communicated annually during the review process.
