Diamond hosts a 10 week Summer Consultant program in the US and UK from June through August.

Our Summer Consultants are active members of client teams who work hand-in-hand with other Diamond consultants. Our Summer Consultants have similar job responsibilities to any full-time Diamond consultant. The summer program simulates life as a full-time Diamond employee with a specific focus on exposure to senior leadership through project engagements and networking events.

As Summer Consultants acquire successful experience during their 10 week internships, they are strongly considered for full time employment opportunities upon graduation. Diamond offers a very competitive full time compensation package and will repay any returning intern for their second year of graduate school.
