Career profiles are used to guide the professional development of our consultants. We align our training opportunities (in the classroom and on-the-job) such that Diamond consultants develop skills which are parallel to those of senior level executives within the market place. Each career profile emphasizes fundamental consulting skills and, because we work at the intersection of business and technology, all profiles include a mix of business and technology skills.

Throughout the interview process, candidates have the opportunity to express interest in a particular career profile. Ultimately, new hires at the Senior Associate level and above (Associate level and above in India) are aligned to one of four career profiles based on interest, skills and the needs of our business:

Head of Strategy and Marketing (CSMO)
Director of Operations (COO)
Director of IT (CIO)
Head of Technology (CTO)
